While most of the people who work at the Ronald McDonald House are volunteers, the House could not operate without its dedicated staff. To ensure that guests' needs are met, a staff member is available around the clock. The day manager is on duty from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the resident manager lives on-site. She is available after hours when needed. A weekend manager is on duty from 6:00 p.m. on Friday to Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
